A) Place your foot on a sheet of white paper and draw a line around it. It’s better to have someone else to do this for you, since bending presses the sole and broadens.
B) Measure the length of your sole from the point of the toe to the back of the heel. 
For higher accuracy and better fit, you can measure both feet.
